AMAZON MARKETPLACE SERVICES

Freelance Pricing. Agency Results.

Integrated Amazon support for ecommerce brands

Successful Amazon management requires more than maintaining listings or launching advertising campaigns. Account health, catalog accuracy, inventory, creative, advertising, customer service, shipping, and returns all affect the seller’s performance and the customer experience.

In Social provides integrated Amazon marketplace services for ecommerce brands. Our specialists collaborate across services to create an accurate, consistent, and well-managed Amazon presence that supports customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Our team has provided Amazon marketplace services for seven years, supported by broader expertise in ecommerce operations, digital advertising, branding, creative production, customer service, analytics, and marketplace management.

Amazon Account Management

Our Amazon Account Management service includes Seller Central administration, account-health monitoring, case management, order and return oversight, customer-service coordination, inventory and listing oversight, reporting, and coordination between advertising, catalog, creative, fulfillment, and customer-service teams.

Sellers receive proactive account oversight, faster issue identification, clearer reporting, more consistent operations, and experienced day-to-day support.

When included in the client’s approved scope, our team schedules and downloads Order Reports, submits seller-approved shipping confirmations or adjustments, reviews Seller Fee Invoices and Sales Tax Reports for account reporting, and coordinates findings with the seller or its authorized tax professionals. In Social does not provide tax or legal advice.

Where applicable, and only with documented seller approval, we maintain the Ships From Address used for TFM and TFM-COD seller-fulfilled orders and manage the seller’s Optional Payments Settings, including approved TFM or TFM-COD enrolment changes.

Amazon Advertising Optimization

Our Amazon Advertising Optimization service includes account audits, campaign creation and restructuring, keyword and product research, audience and search-term analysis, bid and budget management, placement optimization, targeting and negative targeting, creative testing, reporting, and ongoing analysis of ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, conversion, and sales.

Sellers receive better-organized campaigns, reduced wasted spend, stronger targeting, clearer reporting, and more efficient sales-growth opportunities.

Amazon Cataloguing

Our Amazon Cataloguing service includes new product setup, category selection, titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, search terms, variations, parent-child relationships, bulk uploads, flat-file management, listing-error resolution, policy review, and ongoing catalog maintenance.

Sellers receive more accurate product information, fewer listing errors, properly structured variations, stronger search visibility, faster product launches, and consistent catalog management.

Amazon A+ Content

Our Amazon A+ Content service includes content strategy, module planning, copywriting, graphic design, comparison charts, Brand Story content, mobile and desktop review, compliance review, publishing support, and ongoing updates.

Sellers receive professional, brand-consistent content that communicates product value, improves customer understanding, reduces purchase uncertainty, supports conversion, and encourages cross-selling.

Amazon Product Imaging

Our Amazon Product Imaging service includes product photography, lifestyle photography, image retouching, background removal, infographics, comparison graphics, feature and benefit callouts, image resizing, mobile optimization, compliance review, and upload support.

Sellers receive accurate, professional imagery that strengthens product pages, communicates key features and use cases, improves brand consistency, and supports advertising and A+ Content.

Amazon International Shipping Support

Our Amazon International Returns Support service focuses on international seller-fulfilled orders. With each seller’s authorization, we use Seller Central to review and process return requests, configure return policies and settings, maintain return addresses, manage authorization workflows, coordinate return labels and approved refunds, monitor return statuses, communicate with customers, manage related cases and coordinate approved actions with the seller’s carriers, warehouses and logistics providers.

Sellers receive more organized return workflows, accurate customer instructions, consistent communication, improved return visibility, timely refund coordination and faster issue resolution.

In Social does not act as a carrier, warehouse, freight forwarder or customs broker. Changes and return actions are completed only with seller authorization and according to documented client instructions.

Amazon International Returns Support

Our Amazon International Returns service includes return-policy and settings configuration, return-address management, authorization workflows, label and refund coordination, return-status monitoring, customer communication, case management, reporting, and coordination with carriers, warehouses, and logistics providers.

Sellers receive more organized return workflows, consistent communication, improved visibility, timely refund coordination, and faster issue resolution.

In Social does not act as a carrier, warehouse, or customs broker.

Amazon Excess Inventory Management

Our Amazon Excess Inventory Management service includes inventory-health reviews, inventory-age and sell-through analysis, demand monitoring, storage-fee risk identification, pricing and promotion planning, advertising coordination, listing optimization, replenishment recommendations, and coordination of seller-approved removal, liquidation or donation actions.

Sellers receive clearer visibility into slow-moving inventory, practical recommendations for improving sell-through, reduced storage-fee risk, better replenishment decisions, and coordinated support across catalogue, pricing, advertising and inventory operations.

In Social does not purchase, warehouse or directly liquidate inventory. We analyze inventory, recommend appropriate actions and coordinate approved actions with Amazon, the seller and the seller’s authorized fulfilment or logistics providers.

Amazon Experience and Qualifications

In Social has seven years of hands-on experience supporting ecommerce brands with Amazon marketplace services. Our team’s experience includes Seller Central account management, catalogue creation and maintenance, account-health monitoring, Amazon advertising, A+ Content, Brand Store development, customer service, inventory analysis, fulfilment coordination, shipping settings, return workflows and marketplace reporting.

Our Amazon specialists work alongside In Social’s advertising, ecommerce, creative, customer-service and operations teams. This integrated approach allows us to identify how catalogue accuracy, inventory availability, customer experience, advertising, creative content, fulfilment and returns affect overall marketplace performance.

We maintain our expertise through ongoing use of Amazon’s seller and advertising tools, review of Amazon policies and platform updates, practical account management, and continued training in the systems required for each service. Access is limited to team members with the experience and responsibilities required to perform the approved work.

Protecting Amazon Information

In Social accesses Amazon Information only through authorized Amazon systems, including client-approved access to Seller Central. We do not use Shopify or another non-Amazon platform as a source for retrieving Amazon Information.

Access is provided through individual accounts and protected by mandatory multi-factor authentication, least-privilege permissions and encrypted connections. Access is granted only to team members who require it to perform approved client services. All accounts use unique credentials and mandatory MFA. Passwords must contain at least 12 characters with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Access is limited through least-privilege permissions, monitored for suspicious activity and reviewed quarterly.

Devices and networks used to access Amazon Information are protected by managed firewalls, access-control rules, network segmentation, intrusion detection and prevention controls, and centrally managed antivirus and anti-malware protection that users cannot disable and that is updated at least monthly.

Amazon Information is not stored on publicly accessible servers. Information is retained only when required to provide the authorized service, meet contractual obligations or satisfy applicable legal requirements.

Suspected security incidents are escalated, investigated, contained and documented. Access and active sessions are revoked when compromise is suspected, and affected clients, Amazon or other parties are notified when required.

UA HAWAI‘I Amazon Marketplace Case Study

About UA HAWAI‘I

UA HAWAI‘I, formerly Ua Body, is a Hawaiian fragrance and body-care brand offering lotions, body mists, roller perfumes and other products inspired by Hawai‘i.

In Social began working with UA HAWAI‘I in 2024, initially providing customer service before expanding into integrated marketing and ecommerce management. Our Amazon marketplace engagement began in September 2025.

The Challenge

UA HAWAI‘I’s Amazon account did not have dedicated management. Discontinued products remained listed, some ASINs were associated with incorrect products, product information required improvement, and inventory and warehouse processes needed better coordination. The brand was also not actively advertising or driving sales through its Amazon Store.

Services Provided

In Social assumed ongoing management of UA HAWAI‘I’s Amazon presence, including:

  • Seller Central account management
  • Amazon customer service
  • Catalogue management and optimization
  • Inventory auditing
  • Amazon Brand Store development
  • A+ Content creation
  • Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display
  • Shopify Marketplace Connect configuration
  • Warehouse and Fulfilled by Merchant coordination
  • Ongoing performance monitoring and optimization

Account Management and Customer Service

In Social manages UA HAWAI‘I’s Amazon account as part of the brand’s broader ecommerce operations. Our team handles Amazon customer messages, orders, returns and refunds while monitoring the account, maintaining its catalogue, auditing inventory and coordinating marketplace requirements with the client and its warehouse.

We integrate this work with the customer service and marketing support we provide across the brand’s Shopify website, Google Ads, Meta advertising, Klaviyo and Attentive.

Cataloguing and Product Optimization

We reviewed and improved all 15 of the brand’s Amazon product listings. Our work included:

  • Addressing discontinued product listings
  • Correcting inaccurate product and ASIN associations
  • Updating titles and bullet points
  • Rewriting product descriptions
  • Improving keywords and product attributes
  • Updating product images
  • Reviewing product and SKU information
  • Maintaining accurate catalogue information
  • Seller-fulfilled return and refund management

These improvements created a more accurate, complete and organized Amazon catalogue while providing customers with clearer information about each product.

A+ Content

In Social planned, wrote, designed and published A+ Content for all 15 products. The content communicates the brand’s story, product benefits and differences while creating a more consistent experience across the Amazon catalogue.

Amazon Brand Store

In Social planned, wrote, designed, organized and launched the UA HAWAI‘I Amazon Brand Store. The storefront gives customers a cohesive destination to learn about the brand and browse its products and collections.

Shopify and Warehouse Coordination

In Social configured Shopify Marketplace Connect to send the client’s own product, SKU and inventory information from Shopify to its Amazon sales channel. Marketplace Connect supports coordination between the client’s owned ecommerce channels but is not used by In Social as a source for retrieving Amazon Information.

In Social retrieves Amazon Information only through authorized Amazon systems, including the client’s Seller Central account.

We also coordinated product and SKU information with the client’s warehouse so Amazon Fulfilled by Merchant orders could be matched to the correct products and shipped through the client’s established fulfilment operation.

Order, Return and Refund Management

As part of UA HAWAI‘I’s ongoing Amazon account management, In Social handles Amazon customer messages, seller-fulfilled orders, return requests and refund coordination. Our team monitors return statuses, manages related Seller Central actions and cases, and coordinates approved requirements with the client and its warehouse.

This work gives the client clearer visibility into customer-service and return activity while supporting more consistent communication, organized workflows and timely issue escalation.

Amazon Advertising

In Social launched and managed Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns. Our work included campaign structure, targeting, keyword strategy, bids, budgets, placements, creative coordination and ongoing performance optimization.

During the first week of advertising:

  • The account generated 113 Amazon orders

  • The Amazon conversion rate increased from an average of 7% to 17%

Across all Amazon advertising campaigns, UA HAWAI‘I achieved a 4.5x return on ad spend during the first two weeks.

Results

In Social helped UA HAWAI‘I establish an accurate, organized and actively managed Amazon presence through integrated account management, catalogue optimization, A+ Content, storefront development, advertising, customer service and fulfilment coordination.

Key results included:

  • 15 product listings comprehensively updated

  • A+ Content created and published for all 15 products

  • Complete Amazon Brand Store developed and launched

  • Discontinued and incorrectly associated products addressed

  • Shopify Marketplace Connect configured

  • Product and SKU information coordinated with the FBM warehouse

  • Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display launched

  • 113 Amazon orders generated during the first week of advertising

  • Conversion rate increased from 7% to 17% during the first week

  • 4.5x Amazon advertising ROAS during the first two weeks

Client Testimonial

“We started with In Social with the intent to improve PPC performance and increase our customer return rate. They exceeded on both, while also blowing up our ROAS across all platforms. They also manage all our Customer Service including Amazon: refunds, returns, orders, and general QA. Can’t say enough good things about them!”

— Blaine Kusler, UA HAWAI‘I
