Our Amazon Excess Inventory Management service includes inventory-health reviews, inventory-age and sell-through analysis, demand monitoring, storage-fee risk identification, pricing and promotion planning, advertising coordination, listing optimization, replenishment recommendations, and coordination of seller-approved removal, liquidation or donation actions.
Sellers receive clearer visibility into slow-moving inventory, practical recommendations for improving sell-through, reduced storage-fee risk, better replenishment decisions, and coordinated support across catalogue, pricing, advertising and inventory operations.
In Social does not purchase, warehouse or directly liquidate inventory. We analyze inventory, recommend appropriate actions and coordinate approved actions with Amazon, the seller and the seller’s authorized fulfilment or logistics providers.
In Social has seven years of hands-on experience supporting ecommerce brands with Amazon marketplace services. Our team’s experience includes Seller Central account management, catalogue creation and maintenance, account-health monitoring, Amazon advertising, A+ Content, Brand Store development, customer service, inventory analysis, fulfilment coordination, shipping settings, return workflows and marketplace reporting.
Our Amazon specialists work alongside In Social’s advertising, ecommerce, creative, customer-service and operations teams. This integrated approach allows us to identify how catalogue accuracy, inventory availability, customer experience, advertising, creative content, fulfilment and returns affect overall marketplace performance.
We maintain our expertise through ongoing use of Amazon’s seller and advertising tools, review of Amazon policies and platform updates, practical account management, and continued training in the systems required for each service. Access is limited to team members with the experience and responsibilities required to perform the approved work.
In Social accesses Amazon Information only through authorized Amazon systems, including client-approved access to Seller Central. We do not use Shopify or another non-Amazon platform as a source for retrieving Amazon Information.
Access is provided through individual accounts and protected by mandatory multi-factor authentication, least-privilege permissions and encrypted connections. Access is granted only to team members who require it to perform approved client services.
Devices used to access Amazon Information are protected through device firewalls, security updates, anti-malware monitoring, password protection and secure networks. Credentials may not be shared, and access is reviewed and removed promptly when it is no longer required.
Amazon Information is not stored on publicly accessible servers. Information is retained only when required to provide the authorized service, meet contractual obligations or satisfy applicable legal requirements.
Suspected security incidents are escalated, investigated, contained and documented. Access and active sessions are revoked when compromise is suspected, and affected clients, Amazon or other parties are notified when required.
UA HAWAI‘I, formerly Ua Body, is a Hawaiian fragrance and body-care brand offering lotions, body mists, roller perfumes and other products inspired by Hawai‘i.
In Social began working with UA HAWAI‘I in 2024, initially providing customer service before expanding into integrated marketing and ecommerce management. Our Amazon marketplace engagement began in September 2025.

UA HAWAI‘I’s Amazon account did not have dedicated management. Discontinued products remained listed, some ASINs were associated with incorrect products, product information required improvement, and inventory and warehouse processes needed better coordination. The brand was also not actively advertising or driving sales through its Amazon Store.
In Social assumed ongoing management of UA HAWAI‘I’s Amazon presence, including:
In Social manages UA HAWAI‘I’s Amazon account as part of the brand’s broader ecommerce operations. Our team handles Amazon customer messages, orders, returns and refunds while monitoring the account, maintaining its catalogue, auditing inventory and coordinating marketplace requirements with the client and its warehouse.
We integrate this work with the customer service and marketing support we provide across the brand’s Shopify website, Google Ads, Meta advertising, Klaviyo and Attentive.
We reviewed and improved all 15 of the brand’s Amazon product listings. Our work included:
These improvements created a more accurate, complete and organized Amazon catalogue while providing customers with clearer information about each product.
In Social planned, wrote, designed and published A+ Content for all 15 products. The content communicates the brand’s story, product benefits and differences while creating a more consistent experience across the Amazon catalogue.
In Social planned, wrote, designed, organized and launched the UA HAWAI‘I Amazon Brand Store. The storefront gives customers a cohesive destination to learn about the brand and browse its products and collections.
In Social configured Shopify Marketplace Connect to send the client’s own product, SKU and inventory information from Shopify to its Amazon sales channel. Marketplace Connect supports coordination between the client’s owned ecommerce channels but is not used by In Social as a source for retrieving Amazon Information.
In Social retrieves Amazon Information only through authorized Amazon systems, including the client’s Seller Central account.
We also coordinated product and SKU information with the client’s warehouse so Amazon Fulfilled by Merchant orders could be matched to the correct products and shipped through the client’s established fulfilment operation.
In Social launched and managed Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns. Our work included campaign structure, targeting, keyword strategy, bids, budgets, placements, creative coordination and ongoing performance optimization.
During the first week of advertising:
The account generated 113 Amazon orders
The Amazon conversion rate increased from an average of 7% to 17%
Across all Amazon advertising campaigns, UA HAWAI‘I achieved a 4.5x return on ad spend during the first two weeks.
In Social helped UA HAWAI‘I establish an accurate, organized and actively managed Amazon presence through integrated account management, catalogue optimization, A+ Content, storefront development, advertising, customer service and fulfilment coordination.
Key results included:
15 product listings comprehensively updated
A+ Content created and published for all 15 products
Complete Amazon Brand Store developed and launched
Discontinued and incorrectly associated products addressed
Shopify Marketplace Connect configured
Product and SKU information coordinated with the FBM warehouse
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display launched
113 Amazon orders generated during the first week of advertising
Conversion rate increased from 7% to 17% during the first week
